Refining Materials
We produce a high purity PGMs (minimum 99.95%) from spent catalysts
(oil refining, petrochemical and automotive)
1. Sampling and Assaying Process
In the refining process, accurate sampling is the most important process for exact
determination of the PGMs content of the materials. Samples are divided by three types
(to Customer, To Spare, To CIC) and analyzed by reliable assaying process.
2. Smelting Process
We developed a plasma process for the treatment of spent catalysts to recover the
PGMs. This technology is one of the cleanest technology available in the world and
is the solution to many of the environmental problems today.
3. Refining Process
Our PGMs refining technology is developed by Engelhard(US) and NESS(Japan).
They have the advanced refining technologies. In the future CIC MASTER & our partner
will be a leading refiner of platinum group metals
4. PGMs Compounds
We produce various PGM compounds by our accumulated technologies and advanced
facilities. Some compounds are used for automotive catalysts which need high efficiency
and durability.
5. PGMs Management
The recovered PGMs can be placed in customer`s metal account in our system.
And it is available delivered our purchased by customer`s requirement.
